Solution Focused Brief Therapy is a short-term, goal-oriented approach that emphasises finding solutions rather than exploring problems. It empowers clients by focusing on their strengths, setting clear goals, and utilizing techniques like the miracle question and scaling questions to foster positive change.
Gottman Method Couples Therapy, grounded in extensive research, enhances relationships through evidence-based techniques. It improves communication, manages conflict, and builds intimacy by focusing on friendship, constructive conflict resolution, and shared meaning, leading to increased relationship satisfaction and stability.
